Academic Overview
Overview
Hartzell High School students sit for the ZIMSEC Board of examinations, and therefore follow that curriculum. The introduction of CALA (Continuous Assessment Learning Activities) to the curriculum has meant that students are assessed throughout the year and not just at exam time. CALAs constitute 30%, while the exam contributes 70% of the candidate’s final grade.
